The Research Of Notebook Computer Appearance Based On Auspicious Elements

This article focused on the combination of the traditional cutrual and the modern product design in this information age background. Through the traditional cultural typical carrier(auspicious traditional cultural elements) to make our national culture and the spirit integrated into notebook computer's molding design. As the fine traditional Chinese culture, auspicious culture is unique cultural phenomenon and invaluable asset which has a long history, not only full of breadth and depth but also rich in content. Through the auspicious of cultural studies, author hopes this article would be able to improving our capbility of industrial design.In this article, first, the author has analysised the auspicious cultural from the cultural level to the social level background. So that the content of the auspicious culture and the auspicious cultural elements could be profoundly understanded. Besides, aesthetic characteristics and the form of expression of auspicious cultural elements are analyzied from the view points of design. Second, in order to provide a basis for the design in-depth , the essay has been analysised the survey at this stage of the notebook computer market trends. Finally, based on the understanding of the traditional auspicious cultural, product semantics has been used to guide the design of notebook computers and the essence of Chinese culture can be fusioned into notebook computer molding by selecting the "shape", extension of the "intention" and express the "charm" of auspicious elements.
