Any great writers and literary works are born with their historical background of the times closely. The seventeenth century British society was undergoing the replacement of old and new society. And this period great poet, writer John Milton became one of typical representatives of Puritan literature. This paper took Milton Puritanism as the main line, through a comprehensive literature on behalf of its peak level of the three epic masterpieces, "Paradise Lost" "Paradise" "Book of Samson," concludes that Milton shapes the characters, plot and theme of the infiltration method to sublimate their Puritan ideology perfect integration into the literature.The first chapter focuses on the thinking of Milton Puritans formed under the historical background and the main ideas of his thoughts. The paper begins from the basic contradictions of British society in the 17th century. It analyzes the development process of Puritanism as ideological superstructure infancy. The poet highly praises Samson as a Puritan heroism of the soldiers. Although in reality, the Puritan revolution suffered a setback, many Puritans were persecuted again by the Royal Party regime. The poet has a firm belief that as long as remaining Samson's death indemnity determination to maintain the confidence of the fighting, the revolution is bound to continue and eventually the win.
