In this paper, we investigate into one of the minorities with small population in southeast area of Guizhou City - the birth ceremony of ritual songs and dances by Guizhou Ge Family [Xiang Zhu Mu] and analyze the implied nation concept.The full text comprises of three sections. The foreword is a basic introduction of the research work which the author has done in country area. The main text is divided into two chapters - the first chapter has analyzed this ceremony's attribute and detailed elaboration and classification for the songs which was used for the ceremony's programs; the second chapter is a key part of the article, with four aspects - respectively from the blood reproduction of the clan concept, the ancestral spirits of the religion of faith, the harmonious relationship concept and subsistence concept of joyance in hardship - in combination with an analysis of related examples on songs to reveal the psychological characteristics of this nation and the subsistence thought. Finally, we conclude the current status and related thinking on the Ge Family [Xiang Zhu Mu].According to this thesis, a series of recorded spectra are to fill the blank subject - the traditional music of our study "the Folk in Ge Family". 1 hope this article of introduction on folk in minority country will obtain more concerns from more expects and scholars on such situation.
