The Study Of China's Contemporary Songs Of Campus

China's contemporary songs of campus was produced in the political, cultural and economic background of Taiwan in the 1970s, and it has been used as an independent and special term for 30 years. After its birth, songs of campus has exerted an incalculable influence to the creation and development of campus and pop songs in the mainland, as well as the whole Chinese pop music. With the thorough development of pop music and bloom of the internet songs within the country, songs of campus, although experienced two summit, have gradually become forgotten by people. This thesis aims to give a comparatively deep exploration to aspects including the production, development, the style of music, and social influence of the songs of campus, on the basis of history and sociology.The main body of this thesis can be devided into four parts, including the production and development of Taiwan songs of campus, its evolution in the mainland, the noumenon study of campus songs, and its social influences.The first part gives a brief introduction to contemporary songs of campus from the aspects of concept, the background from which it fromed, and the phases of its development.The second part elaborates the development of campus ballad in the mainland under the influences of songs of campus and thinking about the fall of contemporary songs of campus.The third part is the study of contemporary songs of campus in the aspect of subject, tunes, performing forms, style of music and characterisic of its creation and spreading.The last part is the social influences of songs of campus.
