Tibet which is located in China's southwest frontier was formally incorporated into China's territory since the Yuan Dynasty, the dynasties in Chinese history all paid great attention to the jurisdiction and governance of Tibet, especially in the Qing Dynasty, a set of management system on Tibet was formatted. But when to the end of the Qing Dynasty, with the increasing decline of the country, Britain launched a number of wars of aggression in Tibet and finally opened the door of it. Especially after the Revolution of 1911, Minister of the Central Government, garrison as well as Han Chinese were all expelled from Tibet. As a result, Tibet's political relations with the Central governments was in a abnormal state. The Nanjing National Government which was set up in 1927 formulated a series of political including political, economic, cultural and religious, trying to change this situation and to restore the rule of Tibet. After more than 20 years of effort, apart from the national governance in Tibet has been a hung difference compared with the Qing Dynasty.This article is divided into five chapters:Chapterâ… is a brief description of topic significance, recalling the results of academic research, the recent research status and the main contents of this paper.Chapterâ…¡is a brief outline and introduction of governance policies on Tibet in the early years of the Nanjing National Government.Chapterâ…¢analysis Nanjing National Government's governance policies on Tibet and its initial implementation.Chapterâ…£analysis Nanjing National Government's treatment of Tibet policy after Dabai events.Chapterâ…¤is the conclusion which summarize and comprehensively analysis the governance policies and the implementation of Tibet before and after the establishment of national government.
