Since the 21st century, subjective well-being research in the field of positive psychology has developed rapidly, which promoted the military subjective well-being research greatly. Military undergraduate students subjective well-being is an important part of the students mental health,the research on military undergraduate students subjective well-being is helpful in improving the cohesion and combat effectiveness of military academy,and provides a beneficial reference for the military school mental health education both in theory and practice.In this thesis, after the review and research on the subjective well-being studies at home and abroad, and on the basis of the evaluation to the present situation of the subjective well-being study on the domestic army man, the present author sum up the basic connotation and the characteristics of the military school undergraduate student subjective well-being from the common connotation on this subject. And adopt the General Well-being Schedule(GWB), EPQ-R Short Scale(EPQ-RS), Tennessee Self-Concept Scale(TSCS), Social Support Review Questionnaire(SSRS), to do the test on 360 undergraduate students in 5 Military Schools, then we got the result as follows:1. In general, the subjective well-being of the Military undergraduate students is in the medium level.2. There are significant differences on the military undergraduate student's subjective well-being according to different family locations, different grades and different art or science discipline, whereas there is no significant differences between the students who study commanding and the students who study technology.3. The subjective well-being greatly related to the personality, social support, self-concept, and other related factors of the military undergraduate students.4. The stabilization of the personality, mental realization, self-content, elf-criticism and object support of the military undergraduate students have certain forecast function of the subjective well-being.At last, according to the conclusions above and the connotation of the subjective well-being the present author proposed the means and measures on the increasing of subjective well-being of the military undergraduate students:1. Correct the well-being cognition of the military undergraduate students2. Increase the military undergraduate students'positive mood experience3. Mold military undergraduate students'healthy personality.4. Develop the self-awareness of the military undergraduate students.5. Improve the military undergraduate students'social supporting system.6. Cultivate the well-being capacity of the military undergraduate students.
