Time Management Disposition is individuals Psychological and behavioral Characteristic in the way of time using,it is a multi-dimensional and multilevel structure,and constituted with sense of time value,Perspective on time control,and time efficiency.Time Management disposition is also an important aspect in the student's life and growth.It has significant connections with objective feelings about individual life.The objective of the Present study is to explore the connections between times Management and stressor,objective well-being students.This research adopts the method of interview and questionnaire,and the tools of investigating are Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale,Academic Demand and General Well-Being Schedule.The research is to study the relationships of three variants.This study,the questionnaire of time management and well-being constitute a questionnaire research tools,including 64 questions,and then it is used to test. Provide 1800 questionnaires,recycle 1650 effective questionnaires,carry on the factor analysis,reliability and validity,finally it is proved that it does have a good reliability and validity.After an analyzing with structural equation modeling,we find that time management has the reverse forecast to subjective well being.This research acquired conclusions below:(1)Time management disposition of the undergraduate students had medium degree.The subjective well-being had high degree.But the ability of control of the time is different freshman and sophomore tend to differ,junior,senior are strongest.(2)The junior and senior in historiography and engineering profession achieved significance level on time efficacy than the junior,senior.(3) In the six dimensions of well-being,students show different,and overall those, the senior students scored lower in all dimensions,and individual differences become large as the grade increases.(4)The correlation of the undergraduate students' time management and well-being was positive and achieved significance level.(5 In the six dimensions of well-being,the key universities show well than the ordinary college students,especially in the time value of flu,but at the effectiveness of time of flu it is not show very different.
