Subjective well-being is a integrated appraisal of life-satisfaction and self-emotion states, and it is a very important integrated psychological index of measuring self-life qualities. Self-esteem is a kind of emotional experience about self-worth and self-competence, which belongs to the emotional components of self-system with significance of appraisement. The previous studies mostly focus on negative emotions and problems and the factors that may cause these phenomena, and the objects are mostly college students. But researches on Military college students’ positive emotional experiences and personalities are few.This research takes603college students from a military college as participants and uses SWb、ASLEC、SES as measuring tools. The aim is to explore the differences between stress, self-esteem and subjective well-being of the military college students in demographic variables and the influence of them on the subjective well-being. On one side, it enriches the research in this field, on the other hand, it provides some advice to the psychological health education of military college students.The results indicated that:1The subjective well-being and self-esteem of military college students are at the middle level, the pressure can be divided into external pressures and internal pressures, and they cause negative and positive impact on the military college students’subjective well-being.2The factor of the military college students’grade has significant effect on index of subjective well-being and degree of satisfaction of life; the factor of the military college students’department has no significant effect on index of total emotion; the factor of the military college students’major has no significant effect on index of all these three variables.3The factor of the military college students’grade and department has significant effect on index of self-esteem, but the factor of the military college students’major has no significant effect on index of self-esteem. 4The factor of the military college students’grade and major has significant effect on index of press, but the factor of the military college students’department has no significant effect on index of press.5There are significant positive correlation among stress, subjective well-being and degree of satisfaction of life; there are significant positive correlation among stress, subjective well-being, degree of satisfaction of life, and self-esteem.6The military college students’self-esteem and positive press can significantly predict the subjective well-being.
