This is a great regret.Through the past one year data collection of traditional civilian fans, and nearly a month in SuZhou and HangZhou visiting & researching about the status of civilian fans: there are very few related books about production and appreciation fans, and related internet information is limited to sources and history of fans. So this paper focus on the collection of datas such as: applied materials, product process of fans and cultural information of fans. The production process of China's Jiangsu and Zhejiang crafts fan was protected and packed up, its materials and manufacturing innovation was experimented, and its internal culture of profound meaning was deeply explored.According to the reseach of civilian craft fan in recent year, on the one hand, author learned a lot of comprehending and understangding from this.
