Systematic Study And Application On Programming Of Conservation And Utilization Project In Historic Area

With the long history of more than 5,000 years, there have left abundant historic culture heritages in China. Up to September of 2007, there have been 109 national historic and cultural cities, and 157 national historic and cultural towns (villages) already. The historic area is the concentrated show carrier of historic culture heritages. Its conservation, utilization and sustainable development have not only become the important target of modern city in the early 21st century, but also formed one of the frontier research branches in construction domain. Based on the practice project, the thesis had researches on systematic programming and application of conservation and utilization project in historic area.Firstly, the thesis established the system of conservation and utilization project in historic area based on General System Theory, pointed out the multiple and associate goals of programming of conservation and utilization project in historic area, and indicated that project programming was one of most important sub-systems in the life cycle. At the same time, put forward the system target of field-change for project programming based on Field Theory.Secondly, the thesis analyzed the principles and criterion, had researches on the process design for programming of conservation and utilization project in historic area based on the methodology of System Engineering—Hall Three Dimension Structure, and had particular analysis for the special programming.Thirdly, the thesis established the model of comprehensive contrasts and selection of programming schemes for conservation and utilization project in historic area using the method of IAHP to establish the weight and using the method of GC-TOPSIS to evaluate schemes, and gave some suggestions.Finally, the thesis took the Programming of Conservation and Rehabilitation for Historic Paifang Street in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, as an example.
