With these supportings, this system performs the greater deal of historic relics information data, makes the results to be shared and used effectively which belongs to the historic relics protection information system of ChongQing. Meanwhile, this system develops fatherly, works out a sub-functional system of a set of historic relics information data and build up on the historic relic sensitivity model, the result, it does not only widen and deepen the application of GIS technology in the historic relic management, but makes great efforts on modernization and scientification of the historic relics protection.This thesis to take the following achievement.(1) On the basis of making researches in the theory of the historic relics information system and analyzing the features of the historic relics resources of ChongQing this thesis built upon a space data base of the historic relics information resources and a property data of ChongQing.(2) Base on the ARCVIEW GIS and MAPGIS platform the multifunctional sub-system are built on according to the historic relic information data .This sub-system include multifunctional characters, such as data searching, data performing and Renee\wing, information inquiring and retrieving, application of the historic relics information management, risk assessment of the historic relic, and information sharing and outputting it.(3) Taking advantage of the collection of space data and property data, this system regard performing the crisis evaluation of the historic relics as its vital aim. Firstly, based on the special location of the district, this thesis evaluates the crisis of the environment. Secondly, the paper is intended to build our a sensitivity model of the historic relics mainly focuses on the main district of Changing It take advantage of the current area management city planning tourism exploration and planning these multkesourcing data provide the information to drawing a graded picture of theterritory developing potentiality and a buffering picture of surroundings of the historic relic resources, and it combines the two picture together and makes the piling analysis Provided these analyzing approaches this thesis tries to identify the location of the cultural relics and historic sites which are in the crisis situation because of the development of the city, Its aim is trying to provide the scientific evidence for the planning management in the modernizing construction.
