Since the era of human civilization into the human and social relations has always been the same as the shadow of human thought haunted, haunt every generation of thinkers. For humans, whether the individual is the ultimate existence? Or society as a whole is the ultimate existence? What should be the maintenance of conditions of individual interests? Should be to safeguard the overall interests first? Answer it is directly related to the life and values of the basic orientation.
