The Research On The Profit Model Of Hunan Animation Industry In The View Of Animation Industry Chain

Animation industry lies in its specificity to the downstream products of the industrial chain derivatives of the profit of enterprises, but mainly the product itself does not depend on the sale of TV marketing to make money. Thus, it is particularly important for the profit model of animation industry chain for the survival and growth of enterprises to the animation industry. Hunan is a big province in the animation industry. And there is an important branch—mark role for the profitable way of Hunan's animation industry to our understanding the situation and the future direction of the animation industry.Using the industrial chain theory,this article first described the development of animation industry in Hunan Province and the industrial chain of the status quo of development, explained the animation industry chain of Hunan horizontal and vertical extension; followed by the SWOT analysis of Hunan animation mode,and of its strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges;Then from the international and domestic comparison,focused on the animation industry in Hunan Province to build and nurture chain issues,and discussed the new profit model of animation industry,including mobile phone animation,theme parks, film and television animation model; Finally, the use of eco-industrial chain theory and the theory of the firm platform in Hunan, built the framework of a profit model,and using the valuable network theory, business eco-system theory,economic theory of cultural industries in Hunan animation industry to profit model framework,analyzed its situation and an empirical case.
