Purpose: Firstly, to find the status and characteristics of secondary school students' Well-being; Secondly, to explore the influential factors of secondary school students' Well-being; Thirdly, to propose some counter measures to upgrade the level of secondary school students' Well-being.Methods: To select 836 students from secondary schools in Jiangxi province and evaluate them with Multiple Happiness Questionnaire , analyze data with SPSS 11.5 soft ware.Results: Firstly, the reliability and validity of MHQ is good and the scale suits for measuring the secondary school students' Well-being. Secondly, the total happiness level of secondary school students in Jiangxi province is 6.08±1.53. Thirdly, smaller study pressure, better learning results, good sleep, good mental condition, good interpersonal skills, good family economic situation, democratic way of family education, appropriate leisure time and so on have positive impact on the well-being of secondary school students. Finally, the significance of factors which influence the total well-being of secondary school students is followed by daily leisure time, exercise time per week, the teacher-student relationship, learning pressure, current situation, economic status, mental status, online hours per week, peer relationship, sleep status, all of them could explain 75.3 percent variance of total well-being.According to the results, we propose some strategies to improve secondary school students'Well-being: Firstly, establish a good relationship between teachers and students; Secondly, carry out colorful activities in school; Thirdly, adopt democratic way of family education; Fourth, create a harmonious family environment; Fifth, determine the reasonable expectations of the target; Sixth, accumulate positive emotional experience; Seventh, form a sound personality structure; Eighth, participate appropriate sports activities.
