Along with society's development and progress, people pay more and more attention to the research of the system and ethic. But in real life, the system and ethic somewhat are isolated, and many mandatory norms are lack of morality, some even away from traditional culture. They don't excavate the foundation from the inner nature. The article is based on the genetic perspective and starts from the custom of primitive society. I will research and discuss the system and ethic, hope to find the theoretical and historical source of relationship of the system and ethic. I will discuss in four patrs. The first, I hackle the primitive customs, and discuss the ethical relation of marital relationship, kindreds forepart social organization to find the inner restriction. I will show the extrinsic force of the primitive customs by the original taboo, and highlight the absolute unity of the system and ethic. The second, I will discourse the process of separation of the system and ethic from primitive customs to reflect the different function by some new changes. The two parts discourse the continuity of marital relationship, kindreds forepart social organization by referring Lewis H. Morgan'Ancient Society. The third, I will discourse the dialectical unity of the system and ethic in the early, and emphasize their indispensability. The fourth, I will analyze primarily the progress of development, and emphasiz the action of ethics to make people pay more attention to the ethics.
