Study Of Pentonic Tonality Development And Teaching In Piano Improvisation

How to combine the characteristics of pentatonic in teaching development of tonality is the difficult and important content in courses such as keyboard harmony, improvisation in colleges nowadays. According to the teaching requirements, this paper will take the development of pentatonic tonality as the main research topic.This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part is the summarize of the combination of classical harmony and Russian national folk tonality which took by the European national music school (Mussorgsky as representative), especially the development of characteristic elements with alternating elements and tonic church is tonal, the relationship between the creation of transfer mode and experience. The second part is analysis of Chinese composers' exploration of alternating and far-relationship transfering of pentatonic tonality. The third part is the key of paper, conclude the experience of the prior composers studying, and the teaching of improvisation, how to develop thinking and techniques of tonal, including teaching by a single mode to promote student's thinking and tonal tonal change of thinking to the system, as well as the relevant with Pentatonic Mode alternant and play the method of swapping relations training, etc.In this paper, the research of combining theory and practice, hopefully to promote the teaching level and to take piano improvisation (including the improvisatorial accompaniment) colleagues help. Making our harmony language both with the characteristics of Oriental colour and Chinese style, meanwhile, with the development of world music culture, and the unity to national and worldwide.
