Research On The Application Of Triad Combination And Pentatonic Scale In Improvisation

The focus of jazz is improvisation.A lot of jazz players could only play normal chords and scales such as basic chords,natural major scales,natural minor scales,and ordinary pentatonic scales when they first come into contact with improvisation.Triad and ordinary pentatonic scales are familiar to most jazz player,but they are used in a single way.The harmonic progression of jazz is so complicated that basic improvisation idea cannot fully describe the color of chords,thus mastering the triad pairs and pentatonic scale is extremely important for improvisation.This article will provide a new idea of improvisation based on conventional improvisation thoughts.The text will first introduce the composition of triad pairs and pentatonic scales,and then further discuss the application skills and possibilities in various chords.
