Based on the extensive literature and updated findings from both at home and abroad, we adress the purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of college students'self-concept,interpersonal relationshipand subjective well-being,and the relationship between them. The research used the questionnaires method and interview method to collect the items ofself-concept,used factor analysis, correlation analysis to determine the dimension of self-concept,test the questionnaire reliability and validity, form the self-designed"Self-concept Questionnaire".Use Self-concept Quest-ionnaire, Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire,In-dex of Well-being,Affect Scales and SWLS to test 480 college students from 5 colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.The results are as follows:(1)Self-concept is composed of 9 dimensions.They are social, friendly, lutheran, appearance, achievements, aspirations, family, mature and self- satisfied.Self-designed Self-concept Questionnaire has good reliability andvalidity, can be used to test college students'self-concept.(2)Self-concept of college students in general is positive ,and there are significant differences of self-concept between gender, grades, majors,town and countryside,only and non-only children.(3)40.7% college students have fewer interpersonal relationship distur-bance, 40.2% ones have light interpersonal relationship disturbance, and 19.1% ones have serious interpersonal relationship disturbance. There are significant differences of interpersonal relationship disturbance between gender,grades,town and countryside.(4)In genaral,subjective well-being of college students is at the midd-le level.There is a significant difference of negative affect among grades,and there are significant differences of positive affect and affect balancebetween town and countryside.(5)The correlation between subjective well-being and self-concept of college students is significant positively.The correlation between subjectivewell-being and interpersonal relationship disturbance is significant neg-etively.The correlation between self-concept and interpersonal relationshipdisturbance is significant negetively.(6)Self-concept and interpersonal relationship disturbance can predict subjective well-being significantly. Self-concept can predict the cognitive component of subjective well-being,that is life satisfaction.Interpersonal relationship disturbance can predict the emotional component of subject well-being,that is negative affect.
