The pursuit of happiness is an eternal theme of humanity. And people's happiness often depends on the quality of their own personality and external relationships. Vocational college students is a certain specific groups of students, due to the different growing experience and educational environment, perhaps in the pursuit of happiness is different. Therefore, this study attempts to understand subjective well-being of the vocational college students, and based on the results, to further explore the relationship among the subjective well-being, personality and interpersonal relations, in order to accurately grasp the status of the psychological development of vocational college students, thus provide a scientific basis for the vocational college students'better lifestyle, and higher quality of life.This study randomly selected 12 classes, from freshman to junior students of four vocational colleges in Changsha, using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), interpersonal comprehensive diagnostic scale and subjective well-being scale, to the class as a unit, a total of 800 questionnaires were issued, of which 598 were valid questionnaires. It was found that subjective well-being, personality traits and interpersonal relations in the demographic variables were significantly different; personality traits and interpersonal relations would affect the individual subjective well-being.To this end, the schools should be targeted to help guide college students to deepen self-awareness, improve character, to establish good interpersonal relationships, including:provision of interpersonal relationships, environmental adaptation, self-adjustment of expectations and other psychological health education, organized to carry out the collective recreational activities to enhance students to happiness. The school may have targeted school when you first entered in the new campaign to study planning, interpersonal relations with the opposite sex and other mental health education on high school students to engage in more extra-curricular activities, in the conditional premise, as far as possible to improve school teaching and dormitory hardware.
