Music Professional College Students' Mental Control Source, The Relationship Between Interpersonal Relationship And Subjective Well-being

Following the development of social civilization and the promotion of physicallife, researchers pay more and more attention to the subjective well-being. Because ofthe special functions on physiological, emotion and physiological, the subjectivewell-being of college students major in music may have different features. Therefore,this study uses the questionnaires method to explore the status of college studentsmajor in music’ locus of control, interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being,as well as the relationship between them. Here’s the following conclusions:1. There are significant sex differences on the disturbance of talking with othersand disturbance of getting along with opposite gender; there are significant source areasdifferences on the disturbance of treating others in proper way.2. There are significant interaction between the sex, the source areas and the onlychild or non-only child on life satisfaction, when college students major in music aremulti child, there are significant sex differences when their source areas are in thecountry.3. There are significant positive correlation between overall subjective well-beingand internal control, there are significant negative correlation between powerful othersand chance.; there are significant positive correlation between life satisfaction and locusof control; there are significant positive correlation between positive emotion andinternal control; there are significant positive correlation between negative emotion andpowerful others, chance.4. There are significant negative correlation between interpersonal relationshipdisturbance and overall subjective well-being, life satisfaction, positive correlation;there are significant negative correlation between four dimensions of relationshipdisturbance and overall subjective well-being, positive correlation; there are significantnegative correlation between disturbance of making friends, disturbance of talking withothers, disturbance of getting along with opposite gender and life satisfaction; there aresignificant positive correlation between four dimensions of relationship disturbance and negative emotion.5. There are significant positive correlation between powerful others, chance andinterpersonal relationship disturbance.6. Locus of control and interpersonal relationship disturbance could predict thevariance of subject well-being. The two mainly predict the emotional component ofsubjective well-being, that is negative emotion.Conclusion: Boys have more disturbance of talking with others and disturbance ofgetting along with opposite gender than girls, college students major in music whocome from countries have more disturbance of treating others in proper way than thosewho come from cities. College students major in music usually have more subjectivewell-being, when they are non-only children and come from countries, girls have morelife satisfaction.
