Interrogating the validity of a theory, in fact, is questioning the reasons and foundations, on which a theory rests. In the 1970s and 80s, ruthlessly, western philosophy has interrogated the validity of dialectics. Naturally, the same challenge is put before practical dialectics, in that it is one of the modern forms of dialectics. The response to the challenge relates to the fate of practical dialectics, to be expelled or to survive depends on whether the practical dialectics completes self-test objectively and offers a strong defense for its own validity. On the base of the dissertations of two concepts, "practical dialectics" and "validity", the thesis took a critique that dialectics has suffered as an introduction first, then defended for the validity of the practical dialectics in the two perspectives, necessity and possibility, some relative discussions on dialectics are offered additionally in the end.
