The peer relationship among children played an important role to their development. It can influence not only the childhood but also the later development Sandplay therapy is one of the game therapies. In sandplay therapy, the client can choose the sandtrays and express freely in the sandbox. That help them self-healing, self-integration and to get the feeling of freedom and protection. Sandplay of poor peer relationship children may help them to work off the negative emotion in the peer reaction, motivate the ability of self-healing and integrates themselves in the deep mind.In this study, researcher chose two kinds of group children with the poor peer relationship by the peer-nomination method--8 rejected children and 8 neglected children. Each of them played sandplay together with a popular child. Half of the groups were experimental group chose at random, the others are control groups. At last, the researcher analyzed the results of peer-nomination before and after sandplay by Rank Sum Test and the interviews of the parents and teachers. The researcher also analyzed two case studies of the sandplay process of a rejected child and a neglected child. The conclusions were:1. Group snadplay can help rejected children improve peer relationship to some extent degree.2. Group snadplay can help neglected children improve peer relationship to some extent degree.3. In the group sandplay of rejected children, they were more likely to use offensive sandtrays and themes. It was hard for them to focus on the play process, cooperate with popular children and hard to end the game on time.4. In the group sandplay of neglected children, they were seldom to touch sands and lack of control. They were more likely to use the themes of injured, avoided the active communication and easily been affected by peers.
