The development and transformation of society demands children to possess social characters increasingly. And peer communications is the most dynamic factor to promote children development. Because of the appearance of nuclear family and urbanizing housing environment and the fast-paced living style , as the only-child policy carryed out and the wrong parents rearing style which emphasize intellectual education, peer communications of young children in our country have many problems now. So, the intervening study on peer communications problems of young children has practical significance.On the basis of the necessity and urgency of the intervening study on peer communications problems of young children, this paper select "The educational intervening study on peer communications of young children rejected by peers" as topic, intend to solve these problems: How to select a young children rejected by peers as typical study case; How to understand thoroughly the fundamental state of the study case; How to make a profound analysis of the reason why the child is rejected by peers; How to design and carry out effective intervening study project which is ecological.About the intervention results, this paper inspects the changes of the peer interaction of the child who rejected by peers through below facts: interaction nature/ interaction-mode/ interaction behavior/ communication strategies/ interaction bout counts/ peer acceptance degree and successful interaction rate. The results show that, the implementation of ecological educational intervening can improve the peer interaction of the child who rejected by peers and can promote peer acceptance degree effectively.At last, according to the design and implementation condition of this educational intervening study , this paper summarize some factors that lead to this research gained effective results: The educational intervening study idea is ecological; On the educational intervening strategy , the research pay equal attention to behavior changes and communication environment reconstruction; The teacher, parents and researcher cooperate fully in this study. This paper also sums up the functional mechanism of the project why the study can improve the peer interaction of the child, the reason includes: The reconstruction of new-type teacher-child relationship; The successful peer interaction experiences; The use of positive strengthening means ; The project carry out by various educational methods.
