The youth crew of Chongqing TV station was formed in 1983,during the next four years, the youth crew have created a total of four large single-response television works in this show, In particular "Bazan and his younger brother and sister" and "Hippocratic Oath", these two works once have earned the first prize of the National Excellent TV Series "Flying Apsaras Award" in two consecutive years(1986, sixth and 1987, seventh).In 1992, the former director of youth crew creative staff of TV series "Southward" once again received the "Flying Apsaras Award" for winning medium-length TV shows.Through inquiring the previous TV series awards information related, I found that there are rare TV writing groups or individuals to achieve such impressive result, while the young crew was able to have achieved these because it had a direct relationship to their innovation and active exploration among on the theme of TV series,Styling esthetics and so on. However, reviewing the development of Chinese TV relevant literature, the reference to the youth crew, or works on their specialized research literature are extremely rare. The author believes that the creative process of young crew and their works by the crew together constitute the phenomenon of youth television, history or drama should be deserved more attention by TV historians.This will be through looking back at the creative process of the youth crew,from multiple points of view of their creative reason, creative features, in order to reveal various reasons of formating the phenomenon of Chongqing TV youth crew, and hoping to take this to supplement the lack of knowledge of the history of Chinese drama.
