Profound food culture has a great influence of Chinese Vocabulary. There are many diet-related vocabulary. I found in the teaching process that students interested in them. So I attempt to do a systematic study on the food-related vocabulary in "HSK",with questionnaire and interview methods and reference corpus and related articles, with the related theories of Chinese Lexicology, Cultural Linguistics and Cognitive Linguistics.I want to hconduct the classified research from certain angle to the glossary,and make certain depth discussion on Food Culture,Traditional Chinese Culture and Chinese Traditional Culture.I selected food categories of vocabulary from the HSK Program.Mainly is the basic glossary.Then each set enumerations diet class idioms such as locutions, Proverbs,which extended from the basic glossary. With the sets as examples,I will investigate the Chinese culture from the basic glossary to diet class idioms.This article the Chinese culture which manifests to the diet class idiom has carried on the thorough discussion. Mainly includes Diet culture,Philosophic thinking,Thinking mode,Coinage method. Diet culture mainly includes Chinese diet culture foundation, diet keeping in good health culture, cooking art culture, dinner table etiquette culture, vegetable famous culture; Philosophic thinking includes Chinese people Advocation harmony philosophy of the pursuit, "Harmony" philosophy, life values. Thinking mode includes thinking in images and intuition thought, overall thought, implicit natural thought; Coinage method includes Analogy, metonymy, exaggeration and so on. At last, I introduces the teaching strategy,including Set type teaching, Culture teaching, Teaching method innovation.
