Sayyid Qutb is a famous Egyptian thinker of modern Islamic fundamentalism, and also an Islamic radicalism originator, his thoughts has a huge influence on nowaday world. Today, "Qutb thought" usually refers to the extreme Islamic ideology which Sayyid Qutb showed in his later work, and his last work "Millstone" is a typical representative of this idea.This article discusses the main content of the Qutb thought, and summarizes in a total negation of the contemporary world, reveals the nature of the road which has been made by "Koran", the thought about struggle for the "Lord Road", on the implementation of Islamic "Cosmic law", on the "historic mission " of the Muslim intellectual elite and on promoting the Islamic civilization six parts, to better reflect the Qutb on evolution.The article also analyses the personal reasons and time factors of why Qutb's thought to be produced, then clarify his thought is not produced as an accidental phenomenon, but suit with the social and political situation in Egypt at the time, it is a product of the times. Its appearing had an objective necessity. The struggle between Muslim Brotherhood and Nasser free power military organizations is a catalyst for the emergence of such radical ideas.The article takes specific analysis, a detailed account of Qutb radical thinking on the specific impact of organizations and their leaders, which reveals its deep ideological impact on future generations. But the article also points out that after all, these radical groups are not the mainstream of society, the agitation effect on the society can only be partial. The theme of the times is peace and development, the mainstream of the Islamic thought is also moderation centrism, so the idea of Qutb is difficult to be generally accepted. Its influence can never be the dominant Islamic and the mainstream of world development all over the world.
