With the great rising of the Islamic Revival Movement in the world from the 1970s, Egypt as one of the centre areas of the Movement, for the early foundation and deeply effects of the Muslim Brotherhood, it made the Movement get more developments. But Egypt's developing road was also seriously interrupted by the Movement for nation's firmly modernistic and secular policies, and became harder and complicated. The article will make an inquiry into the political-religion relation under Nasser, Sadat and Mubarak by the independence of Egypt in1952. Based on the study of the procession of the modernization under the three leaders and the religion opposition faction's reform and transition(mostly Muslim Brotherhood), the article would make the mutual relationship clear between the contemporary Egypt's Islamic Revival Movement and Egypt's modernization. While Muslim Brotherhood insisted on its "three combinations" religion policy and sought a political-religion state, with the development of the history and its own constructional transitions, they formed a unit—struggled relationship with the three administrations. And those politicians also took a relative policy when they firmly executed their modernistic and secular policies. While Muslim Brotherhood changed their ideas, administrations frequently put it into orbit of legal political activities. The mutual relationship between the contemporary Egypt's Islamic Revival Movement and Egypt's modernization will take more uncertainties and complications to Egypt's future.
