This thesis takes Han nationality children aged from 0-3years old as the subject of study, analyzes the acquisition of children's simultaneous speech (such as "mama") and describes the distribution of each part of speech. On such basis, the writer analyzes the factors that influence the acquisition of simultaneous speech, explores the mechanism of the acquisition, in addition to that, the writer tries to relate real life and analyzes the expression of"Chila Directed Speech" among intimate adults and in network language.This thesis includes 4 chapters, the first chapter briefly introduces the previous studies of such language phenomena, the aim, significance and content of this study, the source of data and research method. The second chapter analyzes the distribution of the part of speech, morphological features, grammatical meanings of children's simultaneous speech, and the"Chila Directed Speech"of adults. Chapter three studies the factors that affect the children's simultaneous speech. Chapter four mainly concerns the findings.This thesis holds that children's simultaneous speech is a language phenomenon before entering kindergarten. Moreover, This thesis tries to explore how children acquire the simultaneous speech and why it plays such a large part in the early language acquisition of children. After the analysis, the writer arrives at three findings.Firstly, children's simultaneous speech is the unique phenomenon in the early development of children's language competence, it can be looked as the origin and archetype of the adults'simultaneous speech.Secondly, the peak of children's simultaneous speech is at 1~1.5 years old. When they are growing, the simultaneous speech is decreasing obviously due to the improving of language competence, and there exist two-character words and the simple sentence. And only a few children preserve the simultaneous speech of adults with increasing age and the influence of adults.Thirdly, there is also the negative side of the children's simultaneous speech, that is to say, the frequent use of it may hinder the language acquisition of children.
