Research On The Content Of The Cultural Innovation System And The Institutional Options Of The Cultural Institution Innovation

As a thematic topic of the cultural development, cultural innovation system has been discussed and explained repeatedly. And yet the cultural innovation system was already the crucial strategy and the supervisor mode of cultural development of nowadays China.However the recent research results are mostly focus on superficial countermeasure analysis, research toward the definition, content, and meaning of the cultural innovation system are comparatively limited. This paper start with the concept 'innovation' and tentatively defined the cultural innovation system, clarify some confounding concepts and make clear the extent of it. And than analyzed eight points in which to construct and enhance the cultural innovation system. In the third part of this paper, discussed the first priority issue cultural institution, introduced administrative management theories which could be utilized, and programmed the incoming long-range view.
