The Research On The Impact Of Cultural Industry Innovation System Based On SD

Since the21st century, the cultural industry has been rapid development, and it has become acreative core of the “gold industry”. The industry not only meets the people’s diverse spiritual andcultural needs, but also plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure and changingthe mode of economic growth. The sustainable development of cultural industry is driven byinnovation; meanwhile industry innovation system is an important platform for industrialinnovation. At present, Shanxi Province is at upgrade and develop the cultural industry is aninevitable choice, but due to the long-term dependence on the coal industry in Shanxi Province, thecultural industry innovation system is not yet perfect and lack of innovative capacity of culturalindustry. To establish and improve cultural industrial innovation system, we cannot leave theinternal and external motivation, and we need various culture industry innovation individuals’participation and cooperation. Therefore, accurate positioning and analysis of the cultural industryinnovation driving force, determining the key link of influencing cultural industry innovation topromote the development of Shanxi culture industry innovation has a certain practical significance.(1) This article mainly uses the literature analysis method to summarize related theoryfinally building the cultural industry innovation system theory model;(2) The system dynamics method was used to construct subsystems of cultural enterprises,governments, subsystems of university scientific research institution, financial intermediation,demand subsystem, network subsystem, combing the relationship between each subsystem, andthen drawing the causality diagram, using Vensim software system model vividly describesbehavior of the system and the relationship between the main body;(3) By elements of the system dynamic simulation, empirical analysis of the cultural industry inShanxi Province, We can draw the following conclusions: the impact of the culture industryinnovation network system maximum output, followed by cultural needs, and finally the system; thenetwork subsystem, all elements of the impact of innovation systems are arranged in descendingorder: cultural enterprises, government agencies, financial intermediaries and university researchinstitutions. Cultural needs of the subsystem, the impact of government policy guidance system output primacy, followed by residents affected by level of education; subsystems, improveenterprise management level of enterprises play a key role in the whole system, while theconversion rate of scientific research increase cannot be ignored. Government subsystem,government policy guidance on the cultural impact of industrial innovation system is greater thanthe increase in government investment in scientific research.
