Chinese film is one of the most propagation vectors showing China's national image to the world and disseminating Chinese culture. It is a pioneering era for Chinese-language film to enter into the international filmdom in 20th century. The external communication has experienced a transition process from the periphery to the international development. While the Mainland,Hong Kong and Taiwan films have different artistic styles, different topics, it has the same root of Chinese Culture, and win awards in major International Film Festivals, was also successfully exports to Asian countries and even the United States and Europe.Since 2000, with Hong Kong's reunification, China's accession to WTO, CEPA implementation of the agreement, under the international situation of the global industrial production and cultural diversity, China's SARFT in 2001 began to practice Broadcasting Film & Television Go Project, through participating International Film Festival, holding Chinese Film Exhibition around the world, exporting film overseas, and co-production film, and the Introduction for Going Out held by Shanghai International Film Festival and Changchun Film Festival, Beijing Show activities to highlight tremendous power of the promotion of the international transmission of Chines-language film. As a result, Chinese-language film has won international awards and medals, meanwhile commercial movie has explored into the mainstream of international market.Chinese-language film is playing its role in the dissemination of national culture and image. Chinese film, especially the creative concept of Gongfu movie is also of an impact on the creation of the movie of the world, China's State Council in 2010 first proposed the Film Going out Strategy, aimed to enhance the international influence power of Chinese film. Chinese-language film should overcome its limitations, keep the pace of the times, and make its innovative efforts to win both harvest of dissemination of Chinese culture and achievements in international market.
