The present research is based on the questionnaire of the future time perspective of university students, using literature analysis, interview, and questionnaire to amend it to suit the senior high school students; quest, test and verify the four-dimension structure model of the future time perspective of senior high school students; the reliability and the validity is tested as well. The present research adopts the T test and variance analysis to compare and analyze the differences of demography variable quality in different dimensions of the future time perspective of senior high school students. The present research dose some interrelated analysis and regression analysis to the relationship between different dimensions of the future time perspective of senior high school students, different dimensions of academic self-efficacy and learning burnout; investigate the mesomeric effect of the future time perspective of senior high school students between academic self-efficacy and learning burnout. The main conclusions of the present research are below:1. There are 18 items in the revised questionnaire of the future time perspective of senior high school students. It is comprised of four different dimensions, which are future efficacy, behavior promise, future image, and long-term objective orientation. This questionnaire has reliability and validity, which might not that bad, and it might be used as a valid metrical tool to the future time perspective of senior high school students.2. The senior high school students have better level of the future time perspective. The senior high school students from different gender have conspicuous distinctions in the dimension of future efficacy. The senior high school students from different grades have conspicuous distinctions in the dimensions of future efficacy and future image. The senior high school students in liberal arts and science have conspicuous distinctions in the dimension of future image. The senior high school students from different family do not have conspicuous distinctions in every dimension of the future time perspective and in the general mark.3. The academic self-efficacy of the senior high school students has positive predictive function to the future time perspective; the future time perspective of the senior high school students has negative predictive function to the learning burnout; and the academic self-efficacy has negative predictive function to the learning burnout.4. The future time perspective of the senior high school students has the mesomeric effect between the academic self-efficacy and the learning burnout. The academic self-efficacy has a kind of direct influence to the learning burnout, and would affect it indirectly via the future time perspective.
