The Qin and Han dynastie are the Developmental period of Political and economic development in Lingnan region ,Occupies an important position throughout the history of Lingnan. Its booming has a direct relationship with the the Central Plains immigrant for south during this period. The arrival of immigrants not only brought South advanced production tools and production technology, also added the South of labor shortage, accelerate the process of Lingnan civilization.Immigrants can come to Lingnan region and integration with the local residents rapidly,it is determined by a number of reasons. The first reason is Geography, climate and other natural conditions are suitable for agricultural production,and it has the original experience and infrastructure of agriculture, and able to feed more people to provide the prerequisite. So the Central Plains immigrants for South can be Settlement and integration with the local residents rapidly. At the same time, the five mountains transport routes to be blazed and repaired provided a convenient condition for the arrival of immigrants and communication Lingnan region with Central Plains, laid the foundation for South and the North traffic for later dynasties. Therefore, it can not be ignored that Traffic conditions on the South during the Qin and Han migrants play a positive role and influence .Qin dynasty is the beginning of the Lingnan immigrants, It is accompanied by the military occupation of the Lingnan region and conquest carried out. So,the characteristics of migrants in Qin dynasty is mainly military and political nature. The first immigrants came here are made of garrison soldiers , criminal officials , People who have fled and businessman, a live-in son-in-law and so on.,and the civilians who are forced migration . These immigrants have different backgrounds. So,they play an different role in the development of all aspects of the Lingnan region. Because of traffic, geographical and other reasons, it determines the distribution of the Qin Dynasty immigrants in Lingnan region, concentrated in the Pearl River Delta and the East River, North River, along the river valley plains and Guijiang connect the Central Plains of traffic online.Tmigrations are different in the qin and han dynasty, the qin dynasty is unprecedented, The immigration of the han Dynasty is continued in the basis of the qin Dynasty. It does not appear as massive as the Qin Dynasty immigrants, but in a piecemeal fashion gradually enter. Since the Han Dynasty up to four years duration, The number of migrants accumulated is large. This can be seen from the chronicles of the han dynasty in the accounts statistics. Immigration has emerged in the type of diversity: the person in border guarding, the political exiles,the fleeing persons, the official incumbent, the voluntarily comer and so on , provides a wide range of professionals ready for the overall development of the Lingnan region . As the social of Lingnan region in the Han Dynasty is relative stability, Therefore, a large number of immigrants south central plains, makes the Lingnan region with large population growth .However, the regional distribution of migrants is not uniform, but gradually decreased from north to south, which also meet the general immigration laws.The arrival of immigrants in the qin and han dynasty, in addition to border security Xinjiang rulers solid and stable political order and other political purposes, so as to have a major impact on agriculture, handicrafts, commerce, customs, education system and so on for linnan region objectively.Through the migration in the Qin and Han dynasty, national integration here has reached a new height, and accelerated development has become an irresistible historical trend wWhen it to the Sui and Tang Dynasties.
