| Visual expression is a basic express method of visual art. This paper will be started from the study of Huashan rock painting with the base of analysis of Chou Brother painting art, which mainly studies the visual expression of rock painting in my wash/ink painting. This paper tries to comprehend the visual expression of rock art and rock art style in modern painting art in special environment, at the base of finding, studying and thinking of primitive art style in modern painting art, so that we can analyze and inherit our traditional art better.The writing of this paper is based on two bases: one is the reflection of primitive style of Huashan rock painting art, primitive art and modern painting art, and has studies of comprehending, arranging, communicating and summary of Huashan rock painting art; the other is based on the imagery expression of Huashan rock painting art in Chou Brother painting, summarize, study and analyze the actual condition of primitive and simple style of modern painting art; and have practice and discovery for my painting art at the base of studying and thinking of Chou Brother painting style.The first article in chapter one mainly summarizes the main image contents of the worldwide rock painting, including rock painting arts of Euro, Africa, India and China, and narrow the geography location of Chinese rock painting art to south at the final paragraph, which makes a conclusion of main characteristic of south China rock painting, and mat for the following study of Guangxi Ningming Huashan rock painting. The second articles tells the subject and visual expressions of Guangxi Huashan rock painting, mainly describes the integrated character, figure shape style and flat creation of Huashan rock painting, and generalize its culture and art significance. The third article studies the visual expression of figure flat shape in Huashan rock painting; expound the charm and vitality of figure flat shape and the leading significance to modern art.The second chapter of this paper is parallel with the first chapter. The first article studies the primitive art style and its background description in modern art which are all based on Chou Brother painting art. The second article mainly tells the"function in painting creation"of modern inheriting of primitive art expression, take modern Dongba style as example, we get that"similar art expression comes from feelings among people, change of modern art style and content cannot efface the spiritual soul inside art". The third and fourth chapters analyze the rock painting style in Chou Brother paintings. This paper studies the painting structure, Chinese traditional painting, from surface to spirit: the creation of art style in paintings—painting structure—spirit inside Chou Brother paintings, study the analysis of modern words to Chou Brother step by step. In the article of"Creation of Structure art shape in Chou Brother paintings", mainly tells all kinds of medium (color, line, texture and so on), and creation of art shape can be specific, as well as abstract. The fourth chapter mainly uses the"line"and"liberal style", study the visual expression of Chinese painting in Chou Brother paintings, and break out the inheriting, containing and creating of Chinese painting art, as well as thinking of appreciation of the beautiful, inheriting of culture and development, finally get the final chapter of this paper—about some conclusion and thought in the creation of Chinese brush drawing.The fifth article is some conclusion and thought of mine to the subject of this paper, including two parts: one is brush expression and romance in the creation, the other is decoration expression and usage in the paper. These two parts are based on the analysis of Chou Brother paintings. Among these studies, there are special brush paintings, which will provide useful trying and breaking for the study of visual expression. Furthermore, unite rock art figure shape, rock painting style and rock painting beauty together the concrete paintings, so that use rock art style in art design and art creation, provide materials and useful attempt for modern painting art study.
