After unifying Tubo, Songtsan becomed expansioning the areas. First he occupied Tuyuhun northeast, then he occupied the areas of the Tang dynasty such as Hexi, Longyou, Western Region areas. However, there were under a new form of rule. These areas under the Tang dynasty had high productivicy. They changed the rulers and the policy follow. Finally, local residents have also changed. Dunhuang was also called Sha Chau, which was trapped in Tibet in 781. Tibet has taken active measures to consolidate its local dominance. In the politics, it developed tribal system in Dunhuang so that officials and the judicial system had also been changed. It conveniented for the rule of the Tibetan government. In the economy, Tubo merged the land system and the the Land System of Tang dynasty. Then it formed a unique system named"total dictation field"system,the new tax system based on in this land. Culturally, the Dunhuang Buddhist culture in Tibet region after the occupation has been considerable development of the local culture were all covered with various colors of Buddhism. In short, through the Tibetan Dunhuang policies in research that, at the Dunhuang area, the rule of Tibet was not simply slavery, but rather than a social form of slavery, the people who ruled under it was not simply slaves, serfs but more like modern Tibet.
