A Study Of The Cultural Presentation On Teleplays: The Red Poppy And The Secret Of Tibet

The Films and Televisions of Nationalities is an important approach to promoting the spread of the ethnic minority culture, not only it can make other nationalities people know about the different national culture, but also it is a kind of way to inhabitant the national culture. It could call on people to protect national cultural heritage by psychological, and promote the economic development of national areas. Tibet is one of the oldest nationalities in China, and it has a complete cultural system, and rich types. People understand the Tibetan culture more and more deeply by the increase number of Tibetan films television plays.This article selects two television plays:The Red Poppy, which is based on the same named literature, which has won the low of Mao Dun prize; and The Secret Tibet, which has been professed forty years on-the-spot investigation and data analysis, and it has taken out the secret history of Tibet as atypical case of Tibetan drama. These two works both have large space, and they are thick. They have reached a certain cultural depth; Secondly these two dramas have occurred in the 1950 s, with the same time background; Thirdly Chinese Communist liberated every ethnic minority in China from the feudalism at that time. These two dramas embody the shock between the Han culture and the Tibetan culture, and the same kind of ethnical culture change between the two different areas.This article will simply introduced the two TV series' creational backgrounds and analysis the main characters. This paper will deeply analyze the Tibetan culture in these two TV plays, and through these cultural characteristics, systematically divided the culture into four aspects:religious consciousness, system culture, folklore, art culture. And combining the two TV series respectively expound and analysis the Tibetan culture. Two dramas have occurred before the 1950 s, highlight the major effect of the system of the old and new alternate on Tibetan society, this article will analysis the Time and cultural change by the anthropology.A good film and television works can give the audience the enjoyment to the vision, and merely should satisfy the needing of audiences' spirit, and guide the public's aesthetic view and values, and help people to think about life. The movies and TV plays which reflect nationalities' culture should present the picture of the national culture truly and fragments, and reflect the national cultural psychology, to make the audience know about other national cultures, and to effect the internationalities exchanging and cultural exchange. Finally, the paper will analyze the aesthetic value and practical significance of the two TV series, and put forward the future developmental direction of nationalities'dramas.
