The Research On Protection And Development Of Tianchang Historical Heritage And Its Comprehensive Evaluation

The historical cultural towns and villages are the rich and extraordinary treasures in the Chinese culture.They are the important material carrier of Chinese civilization too. Since China introduced reform and opening policies, governments at all levels and relevant departments have attached greater importance to protecting historic towns and villages.Along with the suitable regulations drawn up, relevant experts and scholars expanded their ideas on the historic towns and villages protection.And protection work run in a law-governed manner. However, because of the rapid development of economy and society, longing for the modern lifestyle of residents clash with the protection of historic towns and villages of traditional features and characteristics.Historic towns and villages in the original style and historical buildings are in varying degrees of destruction and damage. Original charm and flavor fade in a step by step.Therefore it's an important subject for us to achieve the coordinated development between protection and construction of ancient villages and towns, and to utilize the historical relics reasonably and effectively.This paper takes Tianchang town of Jingxing for instances, to Tianchang town status and function of historical and cultural relics survey-based. With policies and regulations as the theoretical support, this article uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, taking historical cultural heritage comprehensive quantitative evaluation, to analysis the value of characteristics, to explicit the clear focus on protection and conservation objectives and make practical development and utilization countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the purpose, the significance and the research process of historic towns at home and abroad protecting.The second part briefly introduces the natural, socio-economic profile status of Tianchang. Specify some of the more typical historical and cultural relics in detail and analysis the value of characteristics.The third part of the dissertation will investigate historical and cultural relics in town area and township roundly. The part includes history importance, science importance, society importance and other four terms. These terms include 20 estimate indexes. The system is compartmentalized four grades which definitudes the protect emphases.The fourth part of the dissertation definitudes the protect idea. To town area and township, the part brings forward the protect programming and the protect measure to cultural relic, ancient city wall and historic district. The fifth part of the dissertation brings out exploiture approach and corresponding ideas and countermeasures after analyzing the exploiture condition, developmental opportunity and potential challenge.
