The apocryphal thought (Chen-wei thought) was a part of academic trend in the Han Dynasty which couldn't be ignored and played an important role in the creation of the political idea. In this atmosphere, a lot of books, called"Wei Shu", are written. These books not only carried on some ideas before the Han Dynasty, but also formed a special presentation. From these books, we could get a clear view of the development of the ideas of the Han Dynasty. This article tried to take"Wei Shu"as an example, together with"Book of Songs", to do some valuable attempts in the transmission and the evolution of"Book of Songs"of the Han Dynasty.The article consisted of three chapters:Chapter one, the evolution of"Shiwei"and the explanation of its headings. This part was divided into two sections. Section one, to give an overview of the"Shiwei"from the Han to the Song Dynasty, and to clarify the formation of"Shiwei". Section two mainly focused on the three passages of"Shiwei"—"Poetry ? Tuiduo disaster","Poetry ? Fog with God"and"Poetry ? Kee Li-shu". In this section, detailed investigation had been done to get clear identification and implications of the three titles. At the same time the main thrust of the text was summarized.Chapter two, to study the spread of"The Book of Songs"in he Han Dynasty, taking "Poetry Wei" as an example. Section one, an overview of literary ideas from the evolution of the pre-Qin to the Han Dynasty. It highlighted the concept of Han's literary characteristics: focusing on Jing and mixed with Jing and history. The Wei Shu creation was also deeply affected by this feature. Section two, the poetic theory and practice of the Han Dynasty which was reflected in"Shi Wei". This section investigated the succession of the Pre-Qin Dynasty theory in the Han Dynasty Poetics. Meanwhile, combined with the political situation in the Han Dynasty, it exams the evolution of the status of"Book of Songs"in the Han Dynasty.Chapter three, the relationship between pre-Qin Poetry and the interpretation of "Book of Songs" in the Han Dynasty. This chapter was divided into four sections. Section one re-interpretated the basic concepts like "Thinking Purely", trying to make out the nature of poetry and its evolution in the Han Dynasty. Section two studied the strengthen of remonstrating in"Book of Songs"from the view of three poems of "Guan Ju". Section three identified the sources of myth and astronomical phenomena in"Poem Wei", by investigating the meaning cited from" Poems ? Daya? Lingtai ". In the fourth section, a conclusion has been drawn that a mature theory of poetry had been formed in the pre-Qin Period, judging from examination of"the Six Righteousness of Poetry".
