In the nineteenth century, for the string art, the West is an important historical period. With the maturity of the Romantic Music, the violin music creation and development entered its peak. In many schools and representatives, the nineteenth century, Italian School, the violin master Niccolo·Paganini developed a school of his own with his unconventional playing techniques and creative tendencies, which occupied a prominent position in the String Art History even in the whole European Music and Art History. His style and brilliant skills has a significant impact on the subsequent development of violin playing and creating.The development of music can not be separated from the vicissitudes of history, culture and social life. This paper attempts to study that a master of romantic brilliant skills,gained the historic statues and made the achievements in the history of western music from two points of view, one sociological , the other musicological, and tries to analyze Paganini's artistic creation characteristics and the performing skills style through his masterpiece—the Violin Concerto No.1 in D Major.The disquisition studies this question completely and systematically from different angles by consulting and sorting out many authentic reference materials involved.About works, the disquisition studied and analyzed the means of expression and skills of performing, which is used in Paganini's unfailing masterpiece—the Violin Concerto No.1 in D Major.About characters, combining his social communication, the disquisition analyzed the formative factor, creation characteristics, performing style and skills in Paganini's violin arts carefully, and it had great social impact and edification to the European Romantic Music at that time, according to the background characteristic of times, musical surroundings, arts and humanities conditions, which he lived.
