Niccolo Paganini's "24 Caprices" laid the foundation of Romanticism in Europe's violin composition. "No.24 Caprices" is the concentrated representation of Romanticism in Paganini's "24 Caprices". The purpose of this thesis is to take Romanticism, which is the most prominent composing characteristics of Paganini's " No. 24 Caprice", as a breakthrough , and explore differences among Liszt's,Brahmes's and Rachmaninov's individual arrangements of "24 Caprices" from aspects of melody, rhythm, harmonics and modulation. This article believed that, from the melody's aspects, Liszt almost imitates the original variation tunes of the primary melody; Brahms uses eight degrees rhythms to express hunting and sadness of the soul; while Rachmaninov uses expressive Russian tune and Dies irae to manifest the yearning for motherland and tragical music mood. From the angle of rhythm, Liszt uses syncopated rhythm to perform music contradictory conflict; Brahms personalized rhythms and times to present the confusion of soul; Rachmaninov uses innovatives rhythms to enhance dramatic effects. From the harmonic and modulational parts, Liszt uses parallel keys and chromatic harmony to express illusion and contradiction; Brahmes handles changeable harmonic of backboned frame to show pessimism feelings, meanwhile, he also uses sustained tone and inserted tone out of key in strong beat to emphasis unity and dramatics of musical emotion. Rachmaninov makes use of to add emotion conflicts by inserting keys, and parallel harmony to impulse emotion developments.Although these three reorganizations are all inheritances and developments of Romanticism of Paganini's "24th Capriccio", but for different emotional needs of emotional expression, there exist enormous differences of the forms of representing Romanticism among the three reorganizations.
