The Study Of The Side Translation Of Glossary Of Mountain And Place Names In The Secret History Of Mongols

The Secret History of Mongols extant was the Mongolian volume spelling in Chinese syllable. Words and grammars form were annotated in Chinese characters one by one next to the Chinese syllable, named Side translation. At present, all the aspacts of The Secret History of Mongols are constantly studied deeply and detailed. However the study of the side translation, particulerly, the studies of the side translation of glossary have not been studied systematically. This study analyses the side translation of glossary of mountain and place names in The Secret History of Mongols, investigates the patterns and characteristic.The thesis consists of five parts:the Introduction, Chapterâ… , Chapterâ…¡, Chapterâ…¢and Appendix.The Introduction includes purpose, methods,significance, prototype and overview of the research.The Chapterâ… summarizes and counts the glossary of mountain and place names in The Secret History of Mongols.The Chapterâ…¡counts the side translatians of different forms of the glossary of mountain and place names in The Secret History of Mongols.The Chapterâ…¢investigates the patterns and characteristic of the side translatians of glossary of mountain and place names in The Secret History of Mongols.Finally, the Appendix makes a list of glossary of mountain and place names in The Secret History of Mongols.
