Design And Implementation Of The Management Platform For Mongolian Knowledge Base

In the process of building a language resource, it is necessary to Accumulate, Manage and Share the language data in any research. We have accomplished part of the job of building Mongolian language database. And it is necessary to build a relevant database management platform to improve the database and make it systematically.To satisfy the mentioned requirements, at first we design and implement management platform for "Mongolian Grammatical Information Dictionary", because it play important role in the Mongolian knowledge-base. In this dissertation, author discusses management theory, technique, design and implementation of management platform for "Mongolian Grammatical Information Dictionary".In chapter one author introduces significance of building and managing a database. In chapter two presents the management theory and technique of "Mongolian Grammatical Information Dictionary". In chapter three describe implementation of the management platform. In chapter four elaborates the information retrieval from many kinds of the electronic dictionaries. Finally, the author puts forward the (later study) upgrading plans of this management platform next.
