Charlemagne (742-814) was a Kingdom of Frankish Carolingian. He was the most famous historical figures in the beginning of Europe feudal society. Faceing unprecedented empire, Charlemagne recognized that the impire conquered by force alone can not achieve the purpose of the profound and long-term stability, so he established and perfected the institutions of imperial rule by religious activities and legislative activities's governance policies.
