Since ancient times, stone has been closely related to people. There are articles, stories and histories on stone. Since the dawn of time there has been many stories on stone, such as The hand that mends, Jing-wei fills up the sea, Great Yu Controlled the Great Flood and The foolish old man who removed the mountains. The classic works "Dream of red Mansion" was originally called for "Stones". It is more frequent that people appreciate stones, playing with stones......Thus, it has such deep cultural heritage, but also highly ornamental value of the stone, people like playing on a text, and often appear in his works elements. Some artists liked to add "stone" in their names, such as Qi bai-shi, and Wu chang-shi. The artists had special feeling with stones, and therefore their works of manifestation on stones.Stone is an indispensable freehand of bird theme.
