The spirit of innovation is the individual consciousness, thinking, personality and behavioral characteristics of psychological quality comprehensive reflection of various factors.With increasing global competition, innovation in order to be referred to an unprecedented level, more and more researchers turn their attention to this field of research. Relevant research in the West has yielded fruitful results,but in our country, because differences between Chinese and Western background and methodological shortcomings, this study have just started, very little empirical research, measurement tools have little.Therefore, this study attempts to prepare a scientific, standardized measurement tool for the spirit of innovation, and on this basis, members of the creative spirit of the measurement and comparison.This study examined a number of relevant documents and international scale,combining the individual interviews, expert assessment, questionnaire surveys and other methods for producing the "Innovative spirit Questionnaire of members", and the content of the innovative spirit of the structure and impact factor. In data processing, using item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and ANOVA were used.This study draws the following conclusions:1.Preparation of "Innovative spirit Questionnaire of members", the reliability and validity indicators meet psychometric requirements as members'innovative measurement tools.The exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, obtained by the four factors constitute the spirit of innovation, namely, innovation individual psychological quality, innovation thinking, innovation consciousness and innovative behavior characteristics.2.Innovative spirit of members in gender differences:in the sense of innovation and creative thinking men and women in two dimensions there are significant differences, and in the innovation-quality and innovative behavior of individual psychological characteristics of the two dimensions, different genders no significant difference.3.Innovative spirit of members in age differences:members of different ages in the four aspects of innovation are significant differences. Scores of older members is significantly higher than the younger members.4.Innovative spirit of members in education differences:members of different qualifications in the four aspects of innovation are significant differences.Highly educated members have high scores obviously.5.Innovative spirit of members in position differences:members of different positions in the four aspects of innovation are significant differences. Management positions score higher than members of general staff.6.Innovative spirit of members in working life differences:members of different organizations working life in the spirit of innovation in the four dimensions were significantly differentis higher. 7.Innovative spirit of members in o. And members who have longerworking life, the innovation spirit of the score rganizational nature of the differences:the nature of the different units of personality psychology in the innovation quality, innovative thinking and innovative features of the three aspects of behavior were not significantly different, only in the sense of innovation in this regard, there was significant difference.Finally, paper made some constructive comments for the organization managers based on measurement results.Then the shortcomings of the study are described and the research of future is prospected.
