Research On Innovation Methods Of Mao Yisheng

In order to make "Independent Innovation" into reality, "Innovative Methods" must come first. Today, innovation has become the bottleneck of the competition on science and technology in the World.As an effective tool of innovation, "Innovative Methods" has attracted more and more attention. In recent years, a wide range of "Innovative Methods" research work started successively from the National Ministry of Science and Technology to local system, which is promoted from the main aspects of scientific thinking, scientific method ands cientific tools.In this context, the research about "Innovative Methods"of the older scientists and masters on Bridge begins successively. This paper focuses on the creative work of Mao Yisheng,and aims at refining his scientific methods used in his innovation work by way of "research methods for Library and Information"and "Case Analysis".Firstly, according to science popularization books, scientific research works and creative achievements of Mao Yisheng, the thesis expounds his creative concept:"Creation should follow the scientific principles " "Innovation should eradicate the old and foster the new, develop what is useful and discard what is not"" Creation needs an attitude of'seeking truth from facts','raising doubts daringly' and 'keeping pace with the times" "Innovation needs the spirit of being patient, manful and optimistic".The follwing chapter tries to summaries his creative thinking-"Associatve Thinking" "RefractionThinking" " ImaginativeThinking" in writing science popularization books, and "Inspiration Trigger through Similar Association and Analogy", " Divergent and Convergent of Thinking "and" Dialectical Thinking" used in the construction technology of Qiantang River Bridge. The fourth chapter,based on the historical records and cases about Qiantang River Bridge, refines deeply innovative techniques on the Bridge EngineeringTechnology applied by him. For example, he adopted "Identifying the Wholeness-Deconstruction-Constructing Standards" "Listing Advantages and Disadvantages-making Comparison and Picking over" "Multi-objective Decision-making" at the time of designing the bridge; On the aspect of material technology innovation,he guarded a pass in selecting material through "Getting Rid of Predisposition",in making material through "Inspection- Testing-Trying fitting", in putting to use material through "Adding Superiority"; With respect to the project management,he employed "Effective Integration of Brainstorming and Enhanced Thinking" to determine the overall construction scheme, adopted "Combination Material Incentive with Institution pressure" to ensure the rapid development of Qiantang River Bridge project,and he instructed and influenced others by his own words and deeds so that the team is full of aspiration, cohesiveness and strength.In the last chapter, the paper simply states the characteristics of his innovation methods and innovative achievements for the enlightenment of the innovation in the contemporary era by combining with the background of the times and innovative experience of Mao Yisheng.
