On January 1,2008, "the People's Republic of China Work Law of contract" enter into the official activation, Its bring a great challenge to human resource management of the organizations.It has also aroused discussion in sharp opposition of the law in our society. For "Labor Contract Law" promulgated, it has the significant significance on regulating business conduct and protect the employment interests of employees.At the same time,whatever in the short or long term, companies have to introduce new human resource management requirements and standards. In particular of the labor-intensive enterprises as well as employee mobility of larger enterprises.In this paper, the personality trait is divided into four kinds of characteristics:unique characteristics, similar traits, common traits and universal characteristics.And starting from four kinds of personality traits,at the same time,Combination of staff and organization fit analysis of the three dimensions:Staff-job fit, the staff-team fit and employees-the organizational culture fit are conducted meta-analysis.And,Classification based on personality traits from the perspective of the needs of staff and the organization fit, We will introduce the job classification theory and classification theory of organizational culture,from a more comprehensive perspective of employees and the organization fit to conduct analysis and perspective.Beside,The article also carried out the concept of fit analysis of the different dimensions,And the concept of fit is devided into Consistency fit-complementary fit and Internal fit-external fit.Through the classification of the fit,we will have more profound understanding on the concept of fit.And on this basis, we will have more precise understanding of the staff and organizational fit from the Perspective of classification on personality traits.And Combined with the organizational culture classification and analysis on sub-dimension, we will have a more comprehensive review on the fit of employees and organizations, and to advocate on this basis, foster a personality trait as the core concept of talent selection.This classification from the perspective of personality traits on the analysis of staff and organization fit promoting foster personality traits as the core concept of talent selection.The purpose is to enable organizations to selection of the organization recognized a real need for organizational goals, identify organizational values, while fully competent staff of the organization.Thus reducing staff turnover,reduce the organization's operating costs,improving organizational personnel stability and organizational operational efficiency.And to ensure the sustainable development of the organization and the ultimate realization of organizational goals...
