In the 20th century, leaders of the Organization have a deeper understanding on the value of human beings. Lots of studies by management experts and human resources experts shows that the human factor plays an important role in the success of the organization. Managers have started to attach importance to staff motivation: they recognized that only the full development can bring the vitality to enterprises forever.After the 16th CPC National Congress, the old industrial base in northeast China has entered a key period of economic development. This is also a crucial stage of the development of SMEs in this region. The core driving force to prompt the development of SMEs is people. And the object of study is just the employees in northeastern small and medium enterprises (SMEs). They are the most active factors in this region and also have the most potential value .As the enterprise changes in the external environment, the enterprise's strategic objectives and the needs of employees constantly changing; the incentives must be taken in conditions of the corresponding change. So in such conditions the views of a personality incentive appeared. Personality Traits is a stable of unique attributes adhere to each individual, which affects the individual attitude, and the way to responds.Currently, the Strategy of incentive Focus on the external material incentives these ideas, advocating"Carrot and stick". However, in recent years many foreign studies found, the staff of personality factors has great incentive effects on the way of organization. Many management experts and psychologists discover that different personality types will affect the Effect of incentives, there are many research proves that personality will affect the incentive. However, the progress studies just stay in a certain personality to inspire the impact. Domestic research on this aspect, Song lianke is the most prominent. He is the first person to take personality factors into account incentive theory and also establish the personality factors and incentive model. In his research he said that:"first of all, can post and find jobs with the personality type, and then according to such personality traits decides which incentive policies to use. So in that way, we can get the most effective incentives; Secondly, implementation of incentive policies, could be predicted for different personality traits of incentives to advance understanding of the practical policy; finally, we can consider with the conditions of enterprises and personnel, then to make a practical and efficient strategies for motivating.That's shows personality traits with the motivation will increase the incentive effect. But how to development a truly effective combination of personality traits and incentives needs further study.Based on the northeast SME staff motivation factors can be reflected the development of human resources in the region and for future talent to provide a policy-oriented basis. At the same time, more important is the research related personality traits and incentives can help businesses conduct a more in-depth understanding about their staffs, and improve enterprise incentive strategy to accelerate the enterprises development faster and better.In this paper, taking 16pf personality questionnaires and surveys incentives, to study the relationship between personality traits and incentives .The main point is to study the incentive expectations by personality traits.Papers were included in two parts. One part is the survey analysis on the incentive effects between different staffs in the northeast SMEs. Using different methods from the company's internal conditions, self-actualization, appreciation, the basic pay, basic protection, incentives and flexible work environment dimensions of the seven incentives inspected the incentive in gender, age, education level, income levels and duties and the different roles.Another part is the relationship between the staffs'personality traits and the incentive in northeastern SMEs. In the research, personality traits, age, gender and Posts are variables and the seven dimensions of incentives are Dependent variable. Using regression analysis method, in order to determining the variables expected. The results showed that: (1) Human resources development is still relatively stagnant, in the northeast, or motivational strategies to the staff of are forced on the direct economic interests, the deeper needs are weak demand.(2) staffs'personality traits in northeast SME has more obvious geographical characteristics, whether men or women tend to high stability, high bully, high excitement, high immutability, low anxiety, and low sensitivity. The most appropriate is adjective Bold, Victory, Informality section, and steady.(3) The staff in northeastern SMEs, appreciation, self-realization, and Basic salary, three basic incentives pays more obvious preference; the flexible incentive awards preference not obvious.(4) Between the staffs'personality traits with incentives have a certain degrees of correlation. In northeastern SMEs.(5) The staffs'personality traits have a certain predict to incentive in northeastern SMEs.All in all, the conclusions provide an effective theoretical basis on improving and strengthen SMEs incentive strategy in northeastern .and provide a certain amount of data on human resources policy in Northeast region. Writer hopes that study will do some work on better incentives corporate staff, and promote the rapid development of enterprises and accelerate the region's economic development process.
