As a milestone in the western modern & contemporary Art History, Marcel Duchamp always being an important topic and no one could ignore it. Also, understanding Duchamp's art is a key to understand the modern & contemporary art.In this paper, with the "Art of Conceptual Game" and "the Art of Gender Game" as the clues, we will discover Duchamp's idea of Art and the origin of psychologic.With the first theme, we will take 4 parts to discuss:the first part is about the engendering and developing on the concept of "Readymade"; the second part is about the exercise of "letters" as another form of "Readymade"; the third part is about how the "author's authority" being expressed on the action of "signing" and "reproduction" of "Readymade"; and the forth part is about the discussion on the most important work named "The Large Glass" as a conceptual art work. Through out all these discussions, we will find out in the tradition of "What Is Art", Marcel Duchamp, which playing the game of "Art Is What", how to edit the grammar of "Art" the word, also the usage method.With the second theme, also including 4 parts:the first part is about the sum-up of artist's childhood experience and the reflection on the works; the second part is about the artist's gender consciousness on the psychological domain and the expression on the works; the third part is about the analysis of gender consciousness on the work of "The Large Glass"; and the forth part is also about the analysis of gender consciousness, on the work of "Given" as the mirror of the "Large Glass". Through out all these discussions, we will find out the complex gender consciousness and desire of Marcel Duchamp, which hidding under a mask, and the usage on the works.At last, by the discovering of Marcel Duchamp's art with these two clues, we will draw the outline of the artist as a chess player both on the art concept and gender consciousness field.
