In the latter half of the 20th century, English writers from the Caribbean territory emerged suddenly. They became a vibrant force in the current word literature with their unique way of cultural background and writing. Especially the writers Derek Walcott and V.S.Naipaul from the Caribbean region receiving the Nobel Prize for literature, people pay more attention to this fantastic territory, and they became the binary star in Caribbean literary. At present, most researchers were conducted on their cultural background in English at home and abroad rather than the growth in the Caribbean region as a profound influence on their creation. At this work, the author attempts to investigate the concept of Caribbean region as a place of birth giving the binary star the unique creative inspiration. This work will consist of three chapters.Chapterâ… , from the perspective of socio-cultural, Caribbean culture will be introduced. According to their growth and success's experience, we will explain the relation between Walcott, Naipaul and the Caribbean culture so as to demonstrate that the Caribbean culture could provide their creative resources, as well as inspiration. The Caribbean region gives birth to the "Caribbeaness" of literature in their works.Chapterâ…¡, language, theme image and narrative strategies occurring in the specific works will be applied to analysis the "Caribbeaness". Firstly, the local culture in language was reflected by Creole Caribbean phenomenon and Oraliture. Secondly, in theme image the exploration of cultural identity is the eternal theme of Caribbean literature, ocean and islands, cultural enclaves, "Limbo" image, occurring in the literary are full of the Caribbean regional characteristics. Finally, the theory Post-colony double writing will be used to analysis Naipaul's works which reflecting the re-write of the historical memory, while Walcott's works expressing the Write-Back for the western classical works.Chapterâ…¢, finally we will talk about the meaning and inspiration of local writing in the Word Literature especially the influence on the Chinese literatures, being eager to win the Noble Prize. It will include the binary star's the Awards on words in Nobel Prize for Literature, their winning speeches and interviews recorded.
